Promote Ready System is operated by SF Education Group ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Promote Ready System (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this contract.

We provide an online platform with a diagnostic, training modules, journal, action tracker and AI-assisted promotion tools to help educators progress in their careers. Features available to you depend on the plan you're on.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Promote Ready System offers Free, Core (£9/month or £108/year) and Pro (£19/month or £209/year) plans. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries, handles billing, taxes, invoicing, payment disputes and returns. Payment terms, billing mechanics and tax handling are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at the link above.

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to access it via automated means without permission, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to disrupt or compromise security (malware, probing, scraping), use it for unlawful purposes, share your account with others, or resell access.

Pro includes AI-assisted tools. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use the outputs, and verifying accuracy before relying on them. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for regulated professional advice. Do not submit confidential information about identifiable third parties (students, colleagues) without lawful basis. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse AI features.

All content, modules, diagnostics, branding and tooling on Promote Ready System are owned by SF Education Group and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own professional development. You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, tool inputs/outputs).

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Promote Ready System provides educational guidance and tools — we do not guarantee any specific employment, promotion or financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
