We want you to feel confident in Promote Ready System. If you're not satisfied with your Core or Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- Email us at support@solidfoundations.co.uk and we'll forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.
When refunds are processed
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window we don't offer refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel any time from your account to stop future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing or directly via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not, by itself, trigger a refund — request a refund as described above if you also want one for your most recent payment.
